A simple, seamless experience
How Second Stride works:
Step 1
Send an email to customerservice@jiadelara.com when you are ready to give your shoes a second stride.
We will then provide you with a returns label.
Step 2
Our dedicated refurbishment team examine every piece with love and attention. They look out for general wear and tear, as well as any stains or damage. Depending on the condition of the shoe, we either restore them to perfect condition, or take apart the pieces to be recycled.
Step 3
You receive payment.
Step 4
Lastly, you can track the progress of your shoe’s Second Stride. You’ll find out when, where and how your shoe has been recycled, where they’ll end up, and the sustainable impact your Second Stride has made.
