Jia De Lara products can be returned in exchange for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which you received them. We can only accept items returned with the original box and packaging.

All orders shipped from our studio include a free returns label which should be applied to the outside of the packaging .

Instructions for the return of the products will also be included within your order.

Always keep your original proof of purchase.

Sale items are excluded from returns.
